I'm here in the garden raking and growing tomatoes and cukes and will be all Summer. But I just noticed on the BlockFi Pre-Approval page in the preapproval Credit disclaimer that must be checked acknowledging it. That it clearly ask/states that Deserve will pull your credit files thus sounding and reading like all typical HP notices. I don't remember that being there in the past on preapprovals, but I may be wrong and it was. So question is is the BlockFi preapproval still a SP prior to acceptance (I know it's a HP afterwards) or is it now a HP?
Preapproval is a SP and it tells your your limit, if you accept, it's a HP on EX.

Though, there have been cases of folks reporting an HP with the pre-approved offer before accepting. There's a few threads on that. Likely a glitch, but definitely a possibility.
My offer (in late 2021) was SP before accepting. Then, HP on EX.
Good to know. Mine was a few days ago but like with everything...always prepare for the unexpected.

That's what I'm referring really I guess. I preapp'ed back first of 2022 and was approved with a SP but didn't accept offer (don't remember why now). Now even though I'm gardening because I was bored the other day I pulled up the Preapproval again and it had ask for my full SSN (again I don't remember if it did on earlier app) and had this full disclosure after the SSN the Box to check saying I Agreeded. Hence, my question. Do you remember @FinStar if this was the same screen/verbage for your earlier SP?

[ ] I have read and accept these terms.
I honestly don't recall whether the full SS# was asked or just the last 4. It's possible they revised the application process since October of last year when I applied.
If you're in the garden and don't want to risk an accidental HP, then don't follow through. I would assume it could still be SP if you tick the box and click submit without doing anything else, but then again you're the one with the itch 😂
