I got my bonus on both my cards 20 days apart. I apped through cardmatch the second time without being logged in.
Does that mean if you didn't log in, you can still access that credit card through your existing AMEX online banking?
If you are identified as a current American Express® Cardmember, you may not be eligible for this welcome bonus offer. This offer is also not available to applicants who have had this product within the last 12 months or any other Consumer Blue Cash® Card account within the last 90 days.
To qualify for the 150 Reward Dollar bonus, you must make purchases with your Blue Cash Preferred® Card from American Express that total $1,000 or more within your first 3 months of Cardmembership. The bonus will be awarded in the form of Reward Dollars, which will be added to your Reward Dollar balance 6-8 weeks after the spend threshold is met and can be redeemed at any time at a minimum of 25. Cash advances, balance transfers, interest charges, fees, and the purchase of American Express® Travelers Cheques and American Express Gift Cheques, or other cash equivalents, do not apply. Additional Cardmembers on your account are not eligible for this offer. To receive the 150 Reward Dollar bonus, account must be active, in good standing, and not in default at the time the statement credit is posted to your account.
Hmm, the above goes for the $150 cash bonus...I honestly think the $250 is the same...

I called and spoke with a rep because I wanted to know if I could apply for a BCP since I already have the BCE and she said that I wouldn't get the sign on bonus because I have a card in the blue category. And I couldn't PC the BCE to anything else other than in the blue category. Ugh. Oh well! LIFE! lol
This doesn't apply to all Blue cards. Only Blue Cash cards.

When the card comes in the mail you can add it to your existing online account. There is a link on the website and you just have to enter the card number to add it. No big deal just means you can't access any account info until you are physically holding the card.
So here's a question for anyone who wants to answer...
Is there a good card to apply for Amex wise that has a rewarding sign on bonus that doesn't kill you with an AF? (For someone that doesn't really travel much..)
Also, you can get any subsequent cards you're applied for backdated to your original date of your first card opening right?
