Unfortunately, from a compliance standards perspective on accessibility, FIs have to provide an alternative method without 'forcing' individuals to a mobile application. That's what I told Venmo. They were not impressed.
The link provided by socalgardner did not work just sat there and spun. As of right now Fico score is back under tools & investing, most likely was a temporary glitch on BoAs end or even possibly my browser.

I'm willing to bet you weren't logged in when you tried! Because that's exactly what happened to me when I tried--but wasn't logged in.
I'm guessing it was just a glitch, as no one else reported it. At any rate, I'm glad it's resolved--you might want to edit this thread's title to reflect the fact that BofA has *not* done what it appeared they had!
