I had called and talked to a credit specialist about a month ago because my BoA account wasn't reporting on Equifax.
He did a soft pull, saw it wasn't there, and said he'd e-mail them and get it straightened out and that I should contact BoA in 30 days to get a status update.
Called today, got a lady who said she wasn't allowed to do that unless she had a reason (such as a CLI increase request, etc).
I already got a CLI a couple weeks ago. Tried to tell her what else I could do but she didn't seem to want to help.
How else can I go about getting BoA to do a soft pull and tell me?
It's not like I want them to pull it and print the report and send it or something.
She said I should get a free TU or Experian one but I told her I already pulled the free ones for the year and the whole reason I'm calling is about Equifax cause that's the only one BoA wasn't showing on.
So I'm kind of stuck now. I guess maybe the 1st guy didn't leave a note on my account explaining the situation. Do I just keep calling and try to get other people that might be more helpful? I'd like to know that all my stuff is showing correctly before I purchase my FICO scores.
