Hey SOGGIE, I just might give them a call. Let’s see how things play out within the next couple of days as K mentioned.

Good luck! If they counter offer your request, that (calling) will be my preferred request method.

Congrats on all of the BoA luv!  Still not sure from Joe's back-to-back posts whether there really was a $5k CLI or not, though.  Smiley Frustrated

I'll give this a day or two to settle to make sure that these are truly all SPs, and then we'll ask for $100,000 on DW's card again.  It's been a while since she got $70k as she's somewhat averse to HPs (somewhat less so when she gets $20k CLIs and nearly $30k SLs, though LOL).  Since we have the same reported income, I really want to know if they're going to cap her at $99,900 as well.  Her TU08 on BoA has been 791 each of the past 3 months, and I am sure she will get something.

I'm not sure Joe knows.  Smiley Wink

Going for a cool just-under-a-million, eh K?

K, is that your way of making sure you don't leave anything on the table?

That one is definately going to manual review.

Well, as we all know (or at least those that have played around with the BoA CLI page), you can't actually ask for a million online:

Re: DoC reporting BoA to stop pulling HPs for CLI requests

No CLI luv button for me this morning. My Cash Rewards card turned 6 months old this month, Travel Rewards turned 3 months old. All together I'm using 11-12k a month on them making multiple payments a month posting zero balance.

Going to call and do my best to get some love with the excuse of "well I use it a lot and my life would just be easier if I didn't have to make a payment everytime I sneeze!

Also hoping that since I'm in the universally adored platinum honored preferred club that they'll look more kindly to my request 0:-)

Re: DoC reporting BoA to stop pulling HPs for CLI requests

Congrats to all who got some luv from BOA. Didn't want the gravy train to run out on me so I requested mine as well.

Current line $10,000 asked for double they countered with $18,800. Not bad, I have only used this card for BT but I'm thinking if I get another BOA card down the road, I can hopefully combine the limits.

Re: DoC reporting BoA to stop pulling HPs for CLI requests

I really hope this isn't resulting in HPs.  The fact that they haven't changed their verbiage when you hit the luv button gives me pause.  I really want to try for an increase, but not enough to incur a HP.  I've had my BBR since 2014 and my instant approval amount was $5000, but I then applied for the Fidelity Amex less than two months later (a mistake!) and they wouldn't approve me for that unless I moved some of my BBR CL to it because I didn't have enough of a credit history with them to justify issuing me more credit, so I moved $3500 and was left with $1500 on the BBR.  Long story short, the Fidelity Amex is long gone and I closed it not long after it was taken over by Elan and converted to Visa.  My BBR has been stuck at $1500 ever since.  Like most of the users on this forum, I use that card strategically for the quarterly bonuses only, but I'd still like to see a bit higher of a CL (I'd be happy to have it brought back to the original $5000!).  I'm not making any moves until I see what the results are for others.

So far so good regarding the soft pull action....my Transunion alerts are very fast, almost immediate (my last one was in January when I attempted to increase the BOA card and was denied because I hadn't waited 3 months since the previous increase).   Good luck to you when you finally decide to pull the trigger!
