Anyone always expereince a problem with them? I emailed them looking to get a summary of my spending so far this year so I can monitor the amount spent for the 5% rewards. The response I get "we dont offer year end reports" I know I can download all the statements and add them up but that takes some time. I know World Elite is through mastercard and not Capital One but boy does the Crap1 service stink on this card =(
so many cards offer the annual reports to people, but then some just dont. From what I have read that BuyPower card is dicey for people; u either love it or u hate it.
Rather than asking them for a year end summary, see if they'll just tell you what your ytd spend is over the phone. I has to do this with chase to track when I hit the 10k spend for the gold status with my Ritz card.
