Ask - they will most likely counter with a lower CL.

This CU is very slow in processing apps

Sent in my requests close to 2 months now with no reply. Spoke to CSR recently, they told me they really backed up with apps. Really thinking about cancelling my membership with them. Not even a courtesy call from them in reference to my app

That would be a really big mistake. These folks are absolutely fantastic, really some very nice people over there. It's well worth the wait. I really cannot say enough about them, they are absolutely my favorite banking relationship, and I have MANY.

On top of the 2.9% for 18 months they mailed me a 3.9% for LIFE BT offer in my 2nd or 3rd statement.
