I get that message as well, however have the black star prequalified for CSP and FU through my banking portal (have checking and savings with them.)

I get those too. Maybe I opted out of their screening at some point? I did see offers on my credit journey account, so I can't think of any other reason it might be.

I get it, but it's because I opted out of marketing spam. If you ever at any point opted out of their solicitations (even if you opt back in later, it seems), you'll never see any "offers" because they're not pre-screening you anymore.

I am starting to wonder if I did that by accident  🤔 Maybe before I embraced this credit hobby, I might of got something from them like an offer for a CSR and I was like "How much a year for that??" F-that...and declined and that is the cause of my dismay. I don't recall, but I can see me doing that a few years ago.

Yeah, 2 savings, a checking, formerly CDs and a long time ago a HELOC...still never so much as a mailer or black star.

Had a black-star Prequalified Offer from Chase for a Freedom Unlimited for 7 days. 

Didn't act on it, now it's gone.
