Does anyone know if there are limitations on which cards we can PC to after the citi secured graduates?
Would pc'ing to custom cash be a possibility?

Oh it's possible I tried to product change to the double cash and the rewards+. You need a minimum credit line of $500 though I only put $200 down and I get insufficient usage of existing cl. It's a bummer a citi rep told me to wait 6 months even though their are no rewards I have been swiping it. Though they sent me some rewards offer I have to check it out.
