which citi card do you have? I have the citi card that gets extra caswh and I rather at my 6 months get a different card with thank you points

I would call for a reconsideration, they have already pulled your credit and you submitted another request so they may check your credit again so I would not waste two inquiries without even trying to speak to a live person and discuss your situation...tell them you always PIF, and that you need the extra credit for a balance transfer.  Be honest and up front with them, yet keep them on their toes.  The answer is always no until you ask.

I called. Got passed around. Spoke to a lady who said it was because of my credit score. She said she could run & smaller amount. So we did $500 & they still denied me a CLI!

I don't understand it. I thought CLI Were based on how u used you card. How u paid etc.

My usage has been high & I've I have always PIF.

I'm going to try that other number. Doesnt look promising.

I'm gutted. All that hard work & usage & imways PIF yet not even $500 increase

As FYI, are you maxing fico by having ideal util reporting?
