CLI's with SP's: Survey Says?

Apart from GE, AMEX, Macys and on my end BOA, what other credit card companies do SP's for CLI's?

From what I have tried and no success:

- USAA

- Barclays

- NFCU

- Target

- PSECU

- Chase

I thought Macy's was generally a hard pull.  Have  you found otherwise?

Macy's was a HP for me about 3 months ago - I initiated it.

Last year when I call Macys to a CLI, I got one but no HP. They generally pull EX for MA residents. But I did not have any HP from them. YMMV situation?

citi did SP me about a month ago for CLI. I live in FL

I can second Citi. Be careful though... my last request I consented 1 too many times... and it was a HP! The two prior were SP though.

My Helzberg HSBC/CapOne was a SP

Ok Nordstrom gave me a CLI and it was a SP

Me too. 2 Citi cli's, 6 months apart both SP. (I haven't yet tried for the 3rd).

Macy's did an sp when I specifically told them that if they needed to do an HP to stop the process and they complied.  NFCU I just got a CLI with an sp.  YMMV it seems with these creditors.
