I dont know about Marriott but with Hilton, i have found it hard to redeem at 0.06$ per point. For business stays, redemption value is probably way less than 0.06$

I usually use 0.035$ for Hilton valuation.

So assume you put 10k on hotels per year. It comes down to 30k UR vs 30K MR vs (both 30K Marriot and 60K Hilton). Whichever points you find more valuable would be better for ya.
