Does anyone know if Cap1 can combine cards/limits across different payment networks? For example, VISA -> MC, or vice versa?

Yes you can combine CL's from different networks, you just can't combine co branded cards like buypower into cards like venture and quicksilver, but combining a quicksilver MC cl into a Venture visa CL for example shouldn't be a problem.
