The answer is usually no, however there have been reports of a couple exceptions to that rule.

Hey all,
With the new Costco card, I'm no longer in need of my AARP card. Are there any options for PCING this to something else?
I think you can PC it to a Chase AARP Travel card that's the only option I got when I wanted to "upgrade" it to a visa signature.
BTW HappyCamper123 do you think Citi will allow a PC to Costco from TYP? Looks like me and you are determined to get this card I want to do my best to save myself a HP, but if it comes down to an HP, then an HP it will be! lol..
They would not combine my IHG and Freedom. Told me co- branded cards can not be consolidated- Just what one rep told me.
Ever since Sallie Mae started allowing me to collect 5% from Amazon the Chase card has just been collecting dust, with the exception of the rare sale for Amazon Visa cardholders. Wish they would let me PC it to something I could use!
I was able to move most of the CL from my Amazon to open my Hyatt. I had $6k and moved $5k.
I later moved the rest of the Amazon and a chunk off my Freedom over to my Slate.
So I've had success moving to and from co-branded cards. Not PC'ing, but thought that might be useful.
