It was time to end my relationship with Cap 1..No longer wanted to deal with a card that served no purpose for me aside from paying a $39 AF, had the card since 2009 same $500 CL to this day, tried to get a CLI, denied even after speaking with the exec office, I called today attempting to get my upcoming AF waived, denied, so I was left with no choice but to give it the axe..I liked how nice sounding young informed me that I could always apply for one of their no AF cards, I kindly said thanks but no thanks, she tried to save it but, it was a lost cause when she couldn't waive my AF...The card served its purpose, but it's no longer wanted or needed..
