Cap One Visa Signature upgrade

Hi,

Cap1 recently upgraded my Platinum (credit steps) card to a Quicksilver.

Then I went through EO for CLI and they bumped my CL from 1250 to 5000.

Has anyone asked before to convert that Platinum Mastercard to a Visa Signature and was successful ?

if yes,how ? EO, Chat, Call ?

That's a large jump in available credit!

If you don't mind answering, how long have you had your Cap1 Platinum? What CL did you start at?

I'm trying to get my Mastercard upgraded to a World Mastercard.The chat agent always stating it's not possible.

Does anyone got that upgrade ? or Mastercard --> Visa Signature ?  (I have 5000K limit)
