I came home today and had a Capital One Platinum preapproval with 0% APR through June 2016 and 22.9% after that and a VS preaproval letter with 24.99% APR. I burned Cap One auto in the past with BK about 13 years ago and their website never gives me any preapprovals.
What do you guys think? If I'm blacklisted, would I still get the 3 HP?
Those don't seem like very appealing offers, I'd probably wait until they send you something better.
Anyway, they seem to forgive baddies eventually, and yes you would still get the 3 HPs.

you'll get 3 hard pulls regardless just for apping. they're BK friendly even if you burn them. and do you need that card? are you rebuilding? what cards do you have now?
I am rebuilding. Currently I'm smack dab in the middle of closing on a house. I have CTC and my date is 9/29 so I have no interest in doing anything until then however my current credit profile includes BoA Americard $2000 limit, Sams $800 limit, QVC $800 limit and Care Credit $3000. Other than my BoA auto CLI and a small one on QVC, I've never tried to increase those limits and I haven't applied for anything since my car loan in February (other than the mortgage).
Thank you for your feedback.
No. Not retired. Honorably discharged though.
I forgot to add that I have a Children's Place card with $800 limit and Rooms to Go account with $3000. The cards that I have were all applied for prior to me stumbling upon this website and forum. I'd like to get away from the store cards and maybe get another card to go with the BoA card.

Your scores are in line for the regular Quicksilver or Venture. Capital One is very forgiving with letting people back in.
You could also look at Chase, Discover and Amex, but I don't know who all you burned in your BK... Discover IT would be a good all-around card. Barclay's Sallie Mae would probably let you in too.
