Apologies if this was discussed previously (couldn't find any past threads on the topic), but I received a LUV buttion CLI on my QS1 card in April, and got my Credit Steps CLI in July. Would the 6 months timeframe from last CLI be counted from the CLI I initiated in April, or the Credit Steps CLI in July?

For Cap One, it's 6 months since the last change in the account, which can be customer-initiated CLI, auto-CLI, or CLI due to merging two cards.

So sounds like it will start from my Credit Steps CLI, since that was the most recent change? That's a bummer, I would've rather passed on that $500 CLI (if even possible), so I could likely get a larger CLI sooner.
You'll have to wait ~6 calendar months from the last CLI, which would be the Credit Steps. But you did receive 2 CLIs in less than 6 months time, so it's probably a fair trade-off.

I agree. Probably, a fair trade off. You're next CLI will be good. Congrats
