Well for some random reason I wanted to try and click the "Modify your Features" button on the Capital One account page. For the first time I actually had an offer vs your card is not available for offers at this time. Probably clicked that darn button maybe 5 different times. Was able to change my plain Jane Capital one Platinum to the Quiksilver. Hopefully this won't result in a hard pull, since I was planning to close the account prior to giving it one last shot. Also wonder if they will send out a new card now...

Luckily don't have any AF for my current card. Tried to do the sp cli button two months ago, but reason for decline was not enough use of current credit line haha
You'll enjoy the quicksilver. Use it for everything that doesn't fall under any cashback categories, and you can redeem any amount any time, unlike the $25 and $50 increments bullcrap. I just apply it to my balance every month.
Thanks for the post! I also have this option and never knew about it. I don't really look around cap 1's site much, usually useless info lol. I guess this is a step in the right direction. Limit is still tiny but I'll work on that too.
Cheers!
