Cap1 Upgrade Link not working??

O.k. folks, I tried the upgrade links back on Monday. Added the "/productupgrade" on the end of the URL and it's working again, though no upgrade was available for me. So, at least that's working. Now, I'm waiting to hear from them about a CLI request I submitted on Monday. I don't think I've waited this long since the last request, but we'll see in the upcoming days.

Do you or anyone know how to get the link to go to the "Open" account only?  When I do the "Upgrade Link" it just goes directly to my "closed" account and I get a pop-up "! we hit a snag".  This happens no matter how many times I try it it just goes to the closed acct.

Go to the card you want to upgrade on the website and add /productupgrade to the end of the URL in the address bar. When you hit enter, if you have an upgrade it will show you.

For me only shows QS to be upgraded to Venture! But I'm hoping to PC this to Savor eventually, So I'll be looking at this link for months to come.

Can't get the Venture to be downgraded to anything.

I'm on laptop!

You might be waiting for a while then.  Cap1 hasn't been PCing to Savor/SavorOne for a while now.
