Cap1 address change

hey guys,

myDGF has a capital one card. recently, her address changed to a random PO box in our town. She has never had a Po box and neither of us changed it. she called capital one and all they told her was that it happened a month ago from her online account. we've since changed it back but has anyone seen anything like this? we changed her password but should she be concerned?

Maybe for precautions I would suggest a new account number or monitor her account. I could think of maybe her account was accessed by someone else.

Or maybe a mistake on cap1 part, would think this is rare but maybe they changed hers by accident? Has she tried talking to them about it? Maybe they can see when it was changed?

Thanks. As I said in my original post she called in and they said it was exactly one month ago at 7:45 pm. That was a Thursday and she was in class.
