CapOne Card Consolidation (FINALLY!)

Ever since my credit steps kicked in, back in October, I've been trying to combine my two QS1 cards - each with a $1,500 limit literally almost every day. I have literally only used them for one sub-$10 subscription each month, so that I could immediately pay them off and try again.

Today they FINALLY let me do it. Now I just have to get them to convert my One QS1 to a regular QS with no annual fee.

Congrads ...I got approved today too...

Crazy enough my Sony is the only on with a balance so I guess
they wanted my Plat and QS1 with no balance.

Decided to wait until next month to see if I get CLI on all three since
my 18th and 12th month is approaching ...

You prompted me to try of course that feature is down for maintenance atm or something along those lines. Congrats to you though!

They probably realized it was broken when they saw that it let me combine my cards, and then took it down for maintenance.

I was finally able to combine my cards today as well. I have been trying for quite some time.

I know I am a little late to this post but .. for those that tried and failed - was it because you didn't meet one of their 'requirements?' ... i just tried and there is a $7 balance on one of my card - I've just made the payment on it and wait for it to be posted and then try again.
