Despite my score was in the mid $500s and all this above, in January 2015 i applied for BOA again and they took another shot at me with there secured card and this time instead of the $300 I deposited $4K
February I was approved for the capital one platinum card. $1000 SL and converted it to QUICKSILVER MC. So it is possible.
