Capital One Max Cards?

I take a few days off and come back to Cap1 insanity. So my question; I have the AF Venture from Jan 2014 ($7k limit) and Spark from about 5 months ago ($15k limit). I havent found much info on churnability of the Venture and I don't think it's eligible for PC since I'm taking advantage of a BT ($1k balance on it). Is it possible to get approved for a second one? Also, is the 2 card limit out the door these days?

I don't believe it's very churnable.

Have you looked at the usual churning sites for data?

Where did this 2 card limit come from?

I thought it use to be 3 and that didn't include co-branded and I dont' think that includes Business!

also if you are pre-qual for it then you are eligible for it I do believe

I think it pulls pre qual from EX. My EX is frozen. I'm tempted to just try for another Venture AF. $400 bonus again would be nice.
