Hi myFICO community!
I apologize if this has already been asked. I scoured the forum to no avail. When I click the famous Capital One Upgrade link and login, it just takes me to my list of accounts. Nothing about an upgrade not being available, nothing at all. I am willing to believe that this means I am not eligible, but I wanted to check if anyone else has had recent luck with the link or whether this behavior is normal for someone who isn't eligible. I have also tried in incognito mode with no luck. Thanks in advance for your help!
Working as of now.

Hmmm, thank you for checking. I am wondering if their way of denying me is simply taking me directly to my list of accounts.

Since it’s a link to a hidden feature on your account dashboard, it’s quite possible that it doesn’t show up at all when you don’t have an offer. When I log in using that link, it takes me to my account page first and then a few seconds later the PC options pop on top of it so it definitely could just not show up at all.
I just had my wife login to her account and you are right, it took a moment and finally popped up and she was able to move from Platinum to Quicksilver without an annual fee! Figured that was a positive move so she made it!
Well I’m glad at least your wife got out of the AF! That’s always a good thing!
Might be worth a shot using chrome in a new incognito window or a different browser all together.
Unfortunately I have tried several browsers and it looks like it's not gonna happen. I think Cap One has decided that they don't like my profile.
