I want to stop by and say I am in the same boat.
I have been trying to get a PC on one of my CAP 1 cards for a while now, and no matter what way I go
- calling on the phone
- calling at a later date a few months or so apart with spend on the account
- calling speaking to a manager
- calling a back door number that I don't have offhand found through a form.
- Try the PC link.
No luck at all; at this point, I am just waiting on it due to it was one of my first cards like yours self, and for some reason, they don't want to PC anything against cap1; every one usage and experience is different, and I understand that.
