If you log on to the PenFed site and look on the lower right side of the site, you will see the offers. Also, If they pulled a HP within 30 days, they can use that pull for credit applications.

They do not have a pre-qualify portal per se. Offers are subject to quarterly promotions and not all accountholders will be eligible. On the HP piece that was mentioned upthread, it's YEMV. Plenty of DPs reported on this site (and elsewhere) where a HP is not always repurposed even if used within the 30-day window for another application.
That said, this topic is about the Capital One Venture X cards so let's not stray from the main topic, please.

Interesting that Capital One is allowing upgrades to this card and not any of the Savor ones. Of course, that would mean not getting a signup bonus so it doesn't make sense.

Nice DP! It makes sense for those who can't qualify for a new account. Also, Cap One is known (at least with other cards) to strip away SUBs on some approvals based on credit profile, so for those who don't want to risk applying and getting approved with no SUB and taking a new account/inquiry hit, it may be a good option. And of course, this SUB won't last forever either.
Applied and approved, but just a $10k line.
Cap one was my very first credit card back in the day and I think I was bucketed because of it. Cancelled that original card a long time ago but figured it was time to renew the relationship.

Nope, not at this time lol. I don't like the "credits" on this card and while I can knock the spend out quickly I already have other points/rewards that need to be used

Wonder if you upgrade to X, if you'll get the metal card. When I upgraded to venture, I didn't get a metal card like others did for new accounts. I know most don't care, but if I'm paying 395, I would expect the metal card.
