Hello lovelies,
I have a question that I am pretty sure I know the answer to but want to be sure. I emailed the capital one eo maybe 2 weeks agao about a product change. They called me back on friday. While we spoke she asked if I wanted anything else? Why of course lol. I was due for my 6 month cli on the 24th of this month but since she asked I asked. I asked for an additional $1,000 thats what they gave me last time via luv button. Was told it would take a few days. Checked my account through my phone app today and see that it looks like they countered with only $500 but Ill take it. So does this start the 6 month clock again or can I ask via love button on the original date the 24th? Also if I waited until the 24th would my chances have been greater on getting the full $1,000.
Lasly is their site down, I can't get on. Can only see through my app.
Oh I also got my month comenity increase from Vickie (3050) Express (2950) and Buckle (2850)

It's hard to say whether or not you would have received more if you had waited. It all depends on your overall profile and the last SP they have on file for you. If I think my scores are improving, I wait until the next soft pull before requesting.

I dont know about the product change as of yet. It still shows my quicksliver and cash back amount online. Maybe it will change but I know usually for their mile card you need scores higher than mine. Fingers crossed.

FWIW, when they gave me a product change from a QS1 MasterCard to a QS MasterCard it took around a week for it to be updated online... I was actually beginning to think it wasn't going to happen when it finally did... LOL. ![]()
