I can not find the address bar where to put the upgrade, it still brings me back to the Quicksilver account page.
Dear heavens 😬
Let's try this a different way @razzy116. How are you accessing Capital One? Are you on desktop, mobile, tablet? Which browser are you using...Chrome, Edge, Safari?

Okay. You know the bar that you click in at the top of the screen to put a website in? The part that says https://? There is a long string and at the very end of that is an = sign. If you don't see the = sign, click in the box and on your keyboard hit the arrow pointed to the right and it should take the cursor to the end. Type in /productupgrade here and hit the enter key.
It will look like
https://myaccounts.capitalone.com/Card/randomnumbersandletters=/productupgrade
This should refresh the page and bring up offers if you have them.

I"m on a laptop, Chrome. Thank you and be safe.
-Log into Capital One website (wait for site to load).
-Click on the Capital One card "tile" that you're interested in upgrading (for illustration purposes I used my Quicksilver card - see snapshot below)
-On the {https://} address bar/field, type /productupgrade right after the = sign (no spaces)
Press the Enter key or refresh the webpage. If any product upgrade selections are available, it will display them as in the example below:

You didn't click on the card you wanted to upgrade but it looks like FinStar has you covered. 👍

I think we covered all bases @Anonymous 😂😜
@razzy116, if any attempts yield no soup, it means your account is currently not eligible for any upgrades. Keep checking periodically, though.
