Just to update for the future:
Apped for Delta Skymiles Gold and Hilton Honors on 11-15, approved for both. Email came Monday 11/19 that Skymiles shipped, and Wednesday 11/21 that Hilton shipped. Today, 11/23, my Delta Gold and my wife’s Honors AU cards arrived. 8 days including weekend and thanksgiving holiday. Assuming the other two cards will be here tomorrow 11/24 or Monday 11/26.
