Care Credit MC

Chatted with someone at Care Credit today and was told that I was eligible for the upgrade. I read on this forum that this was only happening in certain states but the rep didn't confirm or deny that. I'm in Texas and I never received the letter asking me to opt out of I wanted to. So there's still hope for those who haven't gotten a letter yet Smiley Happy

Re: Care Credit MC

Anyone else see the direct pay email where you get a 5% cashback bonus up to $20?  Was weird that you had to pay through a portal.  This was not specific to care credit or care credit MC afaik.

Sorry to derail thrad just found it interesting to see that and hear from a relative who has the MC, just seems strange that you cant just walk in and do a usual transaction that they want the customer doing the setup....its weird right?

Re: Care Credit MC

I got care credit a month ago only to find out I won't need it like I thought so instead of closing I called and asked about getting the Mc version and was told it's only for old customers but she said don't close the account because that could change
