Were they included in BK? If so, you might be waiting a long time. Old process was 10 years from BK if not included, but some people have been able to get in sooner.

did you fully pay back everything you owed Chase?
recent Citi card - you might want to wait until it is 6 months old
how many INQ do you have right now?
Chase wasn't included in BK7..... Inq. EQ/TU-7 and EXP-11.

It's 5 revolving accounts not 5 inquiries

I'd say go for it as long as you are under 5/24. I cold apped just under 8 years post bk and was approved for the Freedom Unlimited this past spring.
