I've had an account with Chase for almost two years but never received any card pre-approvals.
I thought it was due to my reports being frozen OR my being on the opt-out list. I learned that I was wrong.
I accessed the Chase Credit Journey area yesterday and added a couple of goals [4/30/23 edit: via the Score Planner]. One was to increase my score. The second was to get a new credit card.
Minutes later I logged back into my Chase account and had three pre-approvals showing up.
Just wanted to share this DP.
Have a great day!😃

How long did it take to show pre approvals?
I can't say for sure but it was within an hour or two.

Thanks for this info. I cannot find the goals part of credit journey. Perhaps because I have no account there. Instead I looked at credit cards and hit the apply now, then backed out of it. It then asked a bunch of questions as to why I chose not to continue. I picked, I don't think I would be approved. All this chase talk is killing me, lol. I have to wait at least 90 days. Then be 0/6 1/12 3/24. 4/24 is asking for trouble. It's on my radar though.

No dice for me, unfortunately. I honestly don't know why since my credit is showing so good through Credit Journey. Who knows. I'm not planning on apping for anything anytime soon so I can get SUB on my ink and BCP

You should see it on the main page where it says "Set a Score Goal":
Also, you can go through the "Insights" tab and the select "Score Planner":
I'm sorry, @Traveler101, try the Score Planner on the Chase Credit Journey tool. Best wishes!
@drewricomakeubu, did you try to use the Score Planner on the Chase Creit Journey?
