Just signed in and noticed 3k auto cli on CSR. Might be because they noticed my FICOs now 834/817/836. Lol
I have not had any luck with getting a lower APR with Chase. I talked to a CSR and he stated they look at that at least every 6 months.
I have one card with Chase with a high APR and have gotten more recent cards with the lowest rate offered for the card. Why Chase would not match or at least lower my APR on some of these cards is beyond me.
Never carry a balance on a Chase card. Even their best APRs are uncompetitive. I would stop asking them for the lower APR.
I also agree with trachkids post above. If you want to grow your credit limit, apply for additional cards and combine them after a year.

lol nice-- congrats! 800 club must be naisssss
I receieved an auto CLI from chase on my freedom card when I started out, but it really only happens if you are using up most of your limit with your credit card each cycle.

That's unfortunate! Chase is playing games. Thanks for your advise!
What games is Chase playing?
