Right, in the past the attitude was "You have nothing to lose" or "Worst that can happen is they can say No". These were never quite true, in that any new review can cause negative things to happen, especially in cases like yours where there was AA. (Again, things are going VERY well, don't push!)
And in the current environment, all CLI recons are less likely to succeed than the good times in the past, so "one" is slightly more likely to lose time in a failing exercise than before.
