Can't help, but I'm curious how you got the CSP when you were 7/24?
Best guess is all the recent accounts you've opened up have given them some concerns aka Chase FR.
Wait it out no need to make any rash decisions. At least wait for the phone call to see what they have to say. Holidays probably weren't a good time for both you and Chase for this to happen. On Monday you should get more info whether they do call you back or you call them to see what's going on and go from there. But yeah having a CSR ask if I live outside the US wouldn't be amusing either; perhaps fraud is the concern after all if the rep asked that.

I will wait then. It just really caught me by surprised to be honest. I had only called to figure out how to sign up for Chase pay. The first lady "I can't access you're account. I will need to transfer you to lending specialist" lol.
I would much rather go through an Amex FR where I can send tax returns or bank statements. Where Chase doesnt want anything
Honestly, it might be that whoever you spoke to doesn't know what is needed to clear your account issue up. With fraud I'm assuming some codes sent your email/phone and/or security questions would be asked. With FR I can go off what DoC has written about it since I don't know much about Chase does it.
