It might be useful for those who receive the Fico score to post what type(s) of Chase CC accounts they have. Perhaps the free score requires a checking account plus a certain type of Chase CC account (ex-WaMu or Freedom or Slate, etc.) ...

So, you were offered your FICO EX score at Chase's website?

Yes, it is on my account's home page. I hope they update to January soon.
I had the link when I logged in. It says it's from December 2009 and it gives you a range not an exact number. Mine was 780-789.

I have a checking, savings, Freedom Visa, Plat Rewards Visa, PerfectCard M/C (former Wamu).
Honestly the "FICO" page looks more sales driven. The "reasons" it said why my score was the way it shows was because (1) I had too much debt and
(2) my utilization was high...LOL!! I only allow about 2% of my avail CL to report!! It suggested that I pay more of my bills with my Chase accounts.

How were you able to view the reasons? It just gives me a range. If I click on any links it takes me to MyFico and there is a fee.

My word, that is way over the top. Chase actually recommended that.
