Will do, thanks buddy!

So you @K-in-Boston were spot on, they don't do a fresh SP. I just got the notice email notice today and its a clone of the previous email mentioning the BK which I know is not on there, but from the last report Citi provided it is. So I am in wait mode until Citi shows a fresh report without the BK (which should be ~2-weeks) and if their report shows all clear, I'll give it another go 😎.
@Wavester64 My score finally updated!! 743 I hit the button and got 3,000.00 CLI. Your turn yet ?
Next question.. how long do I wait before I try again?

Congratulations on your CLI! IIRC 6 month intervals.

Sort of. If you use the mobile app or website to request an increase before you are eligible, you get a message that tells you the date of your last one and the date you are next eligible. The text says 6 months, but if you do the math, the dates are actually 180 days apart. The small inconsistency is dumb and the system doesn't quite work right for me with multiple cards (one works on mobile and the other on the website, but never both on the same platform), but I appreciate that they tell us exactly when we'll be eligible.

So as mentioned in another thread, even though my Citi report updated without the BK, I am still getting an AA that the BK is on there even though I know its not. Oh well, still playing the waiting game
