Citi DC PC'd to 2nd Custom Cash

A while back I PC'd a Citi Double Cash (through a few hoops) to a Custom Cash.

I have tons of 2% cards.

Decided I wanted a 2nd Duct tape/Custom Cash 5% card.

Called in, process took about 5 minutes. (no hoops to jump through this time)

2nd Custom Cash showing up already.

Card will never see the $50K+ yearly spend now ..as a Custom Cash.

Re: Citi DC PC'd to 2nd Custom Cash

I need to do this with one of my Rewards + cards. I just picked up a Custom Cash last week.

Wish I could combine some of these Citi CCs. I need to do something with a Citi Mastercard as well.

Thank you for sharing! It looks like Citi has fully integrated the Custom Cash into their product change system.

Do you know if they'll approve a 2nd Custom Cash if you already have one, or would you have to get approved for another card then PC it?

Newly approved Premier?  Smiley Surprised

Ironically, I'm getting hammered with email and snail mail solicitations to PC my Rewards+ back to a Premier (the account was opened as a Premier).

They're offering to waive the AF the first year, but of course no bonus.  Obviously I'm gonna pass on that offer.

Great data points, @M_Smart007!  It's good to know that jumping through hoops is no longer required! Smiley Happy

Re: Citi DC PC'd to 2nd Custom Cash

I just closed one of my Rewards + CCs about 3 mins ago. I wasn't using it anyway.

Received an email about 15 minutes ago, stating I need to use it by April. Nah... y'all can close it. 🤣

I needed to open up some CL room for a different Citi CC for future apps.

Just added three new cards in the the last couple of weeks from Chase, US Bank and Citi.

Culling and replacing a little at a time.

Hi @JNA1 , I believe you can apply for a second Custom Cash CC,

however you might want to apply for another card and receive a SUB, then PC it?

There could be a 6 month period in which you would have to wait on doing a PC from a new CC.

Just throwing out some thoughts. Others may give some insight on this.

Need an upgraded signature from you @Gmood1 as doubt it doesnt really look anything like it currently does and likely some additions.
