Citi Rewards+ : How do I check that I'm getting my 10% bonus?

My Citi Rewards+ got converted to Strata, but I'm still getting the 10% TYP bonus until mid-2026.

I redeemed 100 thank you points as a test, and I didn't see the 10% bonus automatically hit.

Did I do something wrong? Is there a way to verify that I got the bonus?

Ummm, dude, TD3, it's over.  No more 10% boost.  I redeemed $53.70 a week ago and it was sad to see no more additional $5.37.

Some of us who acquired Rewards+ cards recently (mine was only PC'd, at Citi's repeated offer urging me to, from a Diamond Preferred this past March) received extensions into 2026 (conditions quoted below). Since OP mentions that year, it should still be active. (As for a way to absolutely confirm it, I don't know.)

• Round Up (to the nearest 10 points on every purchase) will remain on your account through July 19, 2026.
• 10% Points Back (on the first 100k ThankYou Points redeemed per year) will remain on your account through July 19, 2026.

I think it's supposed to get credited at the end of the statement period in which you made the redemption.  If you don't see it at that time, I would call and ask.

You don't get the bonus until your next statement. At least that's how it always was before. I'm still a little miffed that they didn't grandfather it in like they have for all their other cards. I doubt that many people had it just for the 10% bonus points. Most people didn't even think it was worth a hardpull to get it in the first place. Blows my mind that they did that.

You don't get the bonus until your next statement. At least that's how it always was before. I'm still a little miffed that they didn't grandfather it in like they have for all their other cards. I always got an email right after redeeming it and the TYPs showed up right away.
