Citi Secured question

In the past i had a citi card that was charged off  all the charges offs were paid and no longer on report but i was denined for a Bestbuy Visa however my grandmother was approved and added me as a AU  anyway I was wondering if i can get their secure card wth min limit would it help me get my foot in the door so to say or just not worry about it and keep my rebuilding going

Sync has been good to me on CLI 

Walmart 150 to 4000

Paypal 100 to 4000

Amazon 750 to 5000

Capital one turned me down in QS CLI but i merged my plat into it went from 1800 to 2600

Discover secured is 300  but uo for review next week hopeing it upgrades

How long ago were you denied for the best buy visa? And how long ago was your Citi account? And paid?

Start of Feb Donna thats what set this rebuilding journey into high  gear ..

It weird i never have any luck with pre Qualify or SCT  I dont think im opted out because i get Credit one letters weekly
