Comenity Questions

So, I'm in the process (and have been for a few years) on rebuilding my credit. I experienced some medical hardships that have been resolved and I've been working to get back to tip top shape (user to be over 800 FICO). I settled all of my old debt (except one loan, still working on it) and have finally started to get new cards. I recently got approved for Discover, AARP Barclays, and Wells Fargo Reflect. Also still have pending apps at Citi (requested W4) and FNBO, they've been pending for 2-4 weeks.

I settled two prior Comenity cards (GameStop in March 2019) and Helzberg (January of this year), on top of my other cards.. I only mention Comenity due to the topic at hand. I'm considering applying for their PlayStation card.

My questions are as follows:

1. How forgiving is Comenity? I was considering applying for their PlayStation card and wondered if it would be an auto denial due to the previous past due balances with them, even if I've since settled in full.

2. What credit bureau do they pull?
3. How strict are they on credit scores/what score do they require?

4. Do they have any stipulations on new accounts within the last 24 months?

I appreciate any and all help.
