Re: Converting AMEX

I think it may have alot to do with who you talk to. I mean the CSR in activations may not have the same rights as the CSR  in Customer service or billing. Converting before you even get thecard may be harder than converting after you get the card. Call customer service and not the activation line???

I just called back, directly to Customer Service Rep and she took care of it without a problem. She did call it a "Product Change"

Good on ya. Sometimes it's just a matter of talking with the right person, department, or using the correct term. Same is true of other OCs.

Re: Converting AMEX

As usual I could not wait until Monday, so I called AMEX to see about switching from Plat. Delta to Blue Cash.  The verdict.............No Problem!  My Staples Easy Button is singing a lot...."That was easy".

See...I can do it myself Smiley Very Happy . With the help of all of you, of course!

I will say one thing, their CR are so much more professional than other companies.  Even when I called them the past 2 days and was told no switching, they were very cordial.  If only all of the companies could follow their example.

Re: Converting AMEX

Amex PIF (again)

Getting the NO with the LUV button on my Delta.

I have ran 8K though this card in 2.5 months on a 2K limit.
WTF?

It is getting close to sock drawer time for my Amex.

is the APR lower on the Blue?
