Thanks for the congrats; I was so impressed with the level of service that I sent a follow up thank you to the executive in question, praising the rep. He actually emailed a reply.
All in all this has been a pretty good experience. I definitley did not feel like the stereotypical little customer ignored by the big bank. It felt more like having breakfast at the diner down the road where the owner recognizes you and personally takes you to a table.
That's the big plus of this forum; y'all have taught me how to get the very best service possible.

So acting on the assumption that they will, I've already writen the HTML code for my new signature changing my chase card pic to a visa signature, and also changing my OB card to a Platinum.
