Re: Course of Action for Myself!

How bad were your baddies? The numbers I usually see for lates are:
30-day bad hurt for 12 months, less hurt for 24, then pretty much don't count
60-day bad for 24 months, then a minor derog
90-day and above pretty much hurts for a good long time
So in terms of urgency, it's 30's within 12 months AND 60's within 24 months AND any 90's and above. Anything else is less critical.

Re: Course of Action for Myself!

I have one 90 day late from two years ago and the rest were all 30's.  Realistically, I'm giving myself one year to gain 100 points.
