I would apply once you can meet all of spending requirements to get the sign up bonuses. You are likely working on that $4,000 spend on CSP to get the 50K UR points. Freedom and Freedom Unlimited both offer a $150 (15,000 UR points) after spending $500.
Please note: you may have heard about Chase's 5/24 rule (if not, do a search here for some "light" reading). The 5/24 rule means that they will decline you (after checkig your credit with an HP) for a card if you have been approved for 5 cards (any cards-even their own) in the past 24 months. So if this applies to you, the Trifecta may not be in your near future.
If the 5/24 rule does not apply to you, then you may apply at any time for the Freedom and Freedom Unlimted. Some people have had luck only getting hit with one HP when applying at the same time (two browsers opened-one application on one browser for Freedom and one application for Freedom Unlimited on a second browser). This is not really recommended and anytime you apply for credit you have to expect a HP.
