Credit Cards not reporting to CRA's-how can I resolve

I have 2 cc's which are not being reported to TU (only EQ & EX).  These are both over 3 years old with great payment history.

I called both cc companies and they advised that they are reporting to the CRA's and it isn't their fault that the CRA's aren't showing them:

     Credit One Bank - not on TU report 

     First Premier Bank - not on TU report

Both CC companies told me to call TU and TU told me to call the CC companies.....

What can I do to get these on my TU report?

I just called Credit One again and they told me that I should fax them my credit report and they will then request that TU report this cc.

There is NO way that I am faxing my credit report to Credit One Bank !!!!!

How can I resolve this?

Do these companies have a credit bureau unit or a supervisor you can speak with that will personally bring up your cbr snapshot and see why they're not reporting?
