Its goneeeeeeeeeeeeee. Called them and asked if they would waive the annual fee to keep my business. No sir we cannot waive the annual fee. Asked, what about the 52 cents you owe me ? Sir we can not right a check less than 5.00........ I laughed and said, ok, you need the 52 cents more than i do at this point.
finally got that little thing closed. Now my lowest card is 750 but had that one for almsot 3 years, dont want to lose the age.
Congrats !
WTG!! I'm sooo relieved i got rid of mine months ago.
I doubt you should even care. You are better off not having them. Any hit you will recover quickly.
My sister called me this morning about a 1,500 credit card approval she received from them. She thought it was was Capital One(who she has two $500 credit cards with). I'm helping her to build credit and we both thought it was fishy that she was to respond to SayYestoc1B.com. When I googled the site, I saw it was actually credit one and promptly told her to shred that offer.
After you close it you'll get that 52 cents by check in the mail at some point, or they must send to the state by law. lol
Congrats!
At least Capital One does a little better than Credit One.
Cap 1 once wrote me a check for 90 cents of account credit I left on the card for a few months.
Congrats - I closed my CreditOne a couple of weeks ago along with (2) First Premier cards.

I got a 6 month waiver on my AF. All that's doing is allowing my to prioritize paying off higher interest cards for a while. But by mid-March, my Credit One will be paid off and closed.
