Thanks....
I was just thinking...just thinking though that I should close these both cards and apply for them again, now in the future, so that I could avail bonuses as well...Its not like I need these two cards or they have given me great line of credit or I use all the time....None of these apply here...I got toy limit...and I don't use these cards nor have any intention to use them anyway even if I would have received the bonuses...I obtained them for the sole reason of bonuses...And since I have not received the bonuses, then I would love to close them in order to get bonuses. Do you or anyone know anything about it or any personal opinion or what you guys should have done in this situation? Please share your personal opinions, please.
Honestly I would not know. You may be able to reach out to them or possibly someone on here may know and give you a response. Personally, as you are aware, I'm not exactly thrilled with this bank. While in branch, the folks have been helpful, I've had back offices involved trying to resolve the problems. Their lackluster IT dept and issues have made me look elsewhere. I've taken the ding for inquiry and new account. I may just let mine age a year out and close everything down there. Your issue is entirely different than mine. Here's hoping you find some resolve. Be careful with the csr's should you call in. I've had some truly misinformed reps. Do what's best for you and the best of luck.

It would depend on US Bank's SUB rules on closing and reopening card accounts later on. I'm not familiar with them, but perhaps @Remedios is?

Yup, its all about the rules of US bank on their SUB...Can't always trust their customer service...Yeah, I agree with you that @Remedios might know something about it as she has proven to be an expert on US bank....

Thanks buddy...
Unfortunately, there won't be a second sub unless something changes within their UW practices, US Bank is very much anti-churning
Rarely, a few have been offered a second SUB on Cash+, but those were targeted offers.
There is no harm in calling them and asking where you stand

Thanks...But SUB was not utilized/availed...I am just told by their customer service that I can close my account and wait for a week and then reapply for the same card....and if approved then I will be able to get the SUB because I never used the SUB on the same card that I have now...but I was warned that there will be another hard inquiry....and I must be 2/12 rule and there is never a guarantee of approval for many reason. But current card is kinda useless for me...I believe they have another business credit card with larger SUB..

I think I have been messed up on my possible bonuses on my US bank cards...
I have opened two cards, one business and one personal, with US bank....Business one was opened on May 05 of this year wherein I have 150 days to make purchase in the amount of $4500 in order to get $500 bonus, and the personal card was opened on June 03, 2022 wherein I have had 120 days to make purchase of $2k to get $500 bonus...Can you guys please help me out in calculating dates when 150 days and 120 days will be end? I thought 150 days will be over on October 27, 2022 but I am so pissed off now in thinking that I might have been wrong because if I was then I can not earn this $500 bonus for which I obtained this card....And 120 days was supposed to end on Oct 1, 2022 according to me but I am not sure on that one as well...but I did make $2k purchased on October 1, 2022 but not sure if I would be eligible for the bonus or not....
I know its so stupid question but please help me out in figuring out all these dates... Thank you so much...
It is futile to be angry about credit card stuff, because your terms, conditions, and credit limits are dependent on your creditworthiness (your FICO scores). Call your credit card issuer with your questions. Try to not sound angry while you are (presumably) asking for a favor.
