Just a heads up to anyone with a DC card. They just added the ability to access the rewards site from your login. However it seems to show 0 rewards points because everyone was enrolled on 11/05 for club rewards thus missing the first statement for alot of people. Just spoke to customer service and they were told to inform people that rewards points for the first statement and the second statement will post after the second statement cuts. They seem to constantly be lagging behind. Should have worked all this out before launching the cards.
At least they will credit them, that is good news, I am giving them a break, I really don't think I would have enough points to do anything with now anyway....well unless maybe you are a MSer, but then CC companies don't really cater to that type anyway.....LOL
well my first purchase was yesterday for whopping $3.84, so not worried about rewards yet
I really believe that they didn't think it would be this popular. anyway, they're okay to me as long as they don't start to cut people's credit limit or close cards.
